You will be able the select the card you want to use from among those saved previously on PayPal (procedure handled directly by PayPal). User credit card details will not be saved on the platform. A payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to the user upon completion of payment. Cash on delivery: method available for Italy and Germany only, for amounts below &euro;999. You can request return of items purchased on lampoo.com no later than 14 days from the date you received the order. You'll be refunded the total amount of your order, including any shipping costs incurred to receive it, you will be required to bear only the return shipping costs. We offer our sellers different payment method options: Store Credit is linked with each account: if you choose this payment method, you get an extra 5% on your earnings. Bank transfer Payments will be issued on 10th of each month for sales confirmed (according to confirmed order receipt date) between 1st and 15th of the previous month, and on the 25th of each month for sales confirmed between 16th day and the end of the previous month.  A sale is confirmed 14 days after the buyer receives the item, providing the buyer does not exercise their right of return.

How much will I earn when I consign on Lampoo?

Our service is completely free; we&rsquo;ll charge our selling fees only when your item is sold. Our commission scheme is simple and allows you to earn the most, with the least effort. We take a percentage of the final selling price and we charge an additional fixed amount of &euro;20 per item, as a handling fee. For articles up to &euro;49 you&rsquo;ll pay only the fixed fee. Example: if you sell an item for &euro;1,300, our commission will be 30% of &euro;1,300, equal to &euro;390, plus &euro;20, totaling &euro;410. Your payout will be &pound;890, or 68% of the selling price.   THE MORE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE WORTH THE HIGHER YOUR PERCENTAGE WILL BE! How do I manage the selling prices of my items?

When you consign your products with Lampoo, you can set your own selling prices, but our team of experts will also send you a recommended selling price to help you define the right market value. You can also let Lampoo set the prices for you, and you can always adjust them later if you&rsquo;re not happy with them. In both cases, once the valuation process is completed, we&rsquo;ll invite you to log in to your account to check the prices of your items and to apply any price adjustments from there, no later than 5 days after receiving the communication from us; after 5 days, your items will be published. During the first three months of consignment, you will be also permitted to decrease or even increase your prices at any time directly on your account, meaning you&rsquo;ll have full control of the selling price. Starting from the 90th day of consignment, you&rsquo;ll only be able to apply price reductions.

Will Lampoo apply reductions to the Initial Selling Price and if so, how will my earning percentages change?

In order to boost the sales of your items, we will apply a reduction policy to the initial selling prices starting from the 90th day since they have been put on sale. If an item remains unsold for 3 months after listing, we&rsquo;ll align the selling price to our recommended price. From there you&rsquo;ll be able to lower the price, but not increase it. From the 4th month onwards, we will apply price reductions as shown in the table here below. What happens if you believe an item is not authentic?

Should we find elements that do not correspond to the manufacturing standards of the brand, the seller will be asked to provide proof of purchase or authenticity. If Lampoo is unable to ascertain the authenticity of the item, it will be rejected and returned to the seller, who will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping of €9.90 and a handling fee of €4.90 for each item declined.   Should the seller not arrange return within 45 days, the item will be destroyed. The seller bears sole responsibility for the authenticity of items and must be aware of the laws in force regarding counterfeit goods. Lampoo cooperates with the relevant authorities and monitoring agencies to observe and apply these laws and regulations.

What happens if an item is rejected?

Accepted Answer

Once our team completes the quality control process, you will receive an e-mail notification where it will clearly indicate if an item has been rejected. If one or more items have been rejected for reasons related to authenticity, please look here.   If your items have been rejected because they are not included in our brand list, or because they do not meet our quality standards, you will be charged a processing fee of &euro;4,90 for each item declined, plus return shipping costs of &euro;9,90, if you choose to get them back. You can also decide to donate them to our charity partner.

Question 63

If I consign my items together with dustbags and original boxes, these will be returned to me?

Accepted Answer

Lampoo will only and exclusively accept dustbags, boxes and packaging that are associated with the product you sent and without significant signs of wear and tear. Any dustbags or boxes that are not original and/or not associated with the product you have sent will be disposed of by Lampoo after the box has been opened.

If you find personal items among my products, will they be returned to me?

Accepted Answer

Lampoo takes no responsibility for any personal items unintentionally delivered together with the products consigned. It will be your responsibility to inform us of the presence of any personal items before the evaluation process begins.
